The Crichton University Campus is a unique collaboration shared between the University
of Glasgow and The University of the West of Scotland.
Located just two miles from the centre of Dumfries, the campus has a beautiful setting in
85 acres of parkland and woods that overlooks the River Nith and the Galloway Hills.
The campus has just received £5.5 million investment and the relocation of the Dumfries
and Galloway College to the campus increased student numbers greatly in 2008.
The Crichton Foundation is a charitable fundraising organisation working to develop
higher education facilities and accessibility in Dumfries and Galloway.
